Summary:Blessed and dedicated in 1908, the church of the Holy Rosary on La Touche Road was built to replace a temporary iron structure erected in 1895, which was destroyed in a storm on 26th February 1903.This ediface originally had a spire, but it was removed by a local builder ( see Derek Paine's Pictorial History of Greystones 1993 p 22). In the grounds is the fine Parochial House which according to a 1966 parish booklet dates from 1886. In this Church are two stained - glass windows, completed in 1948 by the celebrated Irish artist , Evie Hone ( 1894 - 1955). 23 August 1994
