Summary: | Liam Lynch's main works include the plays "Do Thrushes Sing in Birmingham?"1962 - performed in the Abbey in 1963; "Soldier" 1969 - performed in the Peacock in 1969; "Strange Dreams Unending" 1974 - broadcast by RTÉ; "Krieg" and "Voids" of 1982. His first novel "Shell, Sea Shell" was published in 1983; his second novel "Tenebrae: A Passion" in 1985 and "The Pale Moon of Morning" posthumously in 1995. He received bursaries from the Arts Council/an Chomhairle Ealaíon in 1983 and in 1986. |
