Published by the candidate, and printed by the Juverna Press Ltd., 12 Upper Liffey Street, Dublin". Mullins, originally a journalist was an American-born Irish Fianna Fáil politician, first elected to Dáil Éireann as a Fianna Fáil T.D. for the Cork West in June 1927; re-elected September 1927. he was nominated by Taoiseach Éamon de Valera to the 9th Seanad Éireann (which first met on 22 May 1957) and subsequently served as Leader of Seanad Éireann from 1961 to 1973 (for the 10th, 11th and 12th Seanad).
