Summary:A copy-letter written by Maud Gonne MacBride to her children during her internment in Holloway Prison. She thanks them for sending her some chicken, but asks that they send no more meat, saying "you all need your rations and here we are getting quite good food". She also discusses consulting with her solicitor with a view to seeing her children on a weekly basis and the cheque she has sent for "Seagan's clothing allowance... Josephine [Pillon]'s wages". She also adds that she is "so sorry about Michael".
