Illustration depicts a man speaking at a meeting with his hands resting on a table that is covered by a Union Jack tablecloth; the top of his head is open and Vladimir Lenin [brandishing a pistol] and Leon Trotsky [holding a whip in one hand and a bomb in the other] are coming out of the cavity. Observers seated behind him, amongst them Henry Wilson are unimpressed.
