Notes: | Shemus was a pseudonym used by Ernest Forbes. Title and caption are handwritten above image. Caption reads: Mr. "Pussyfoot" Johnson and Mr. Scrymgeour, the Dundee Prohibitionist, have met in London and entered into a SECRET PACT, whereby Great Britain, Ireland, South Africa, Egypt and India, are to be made "BONE DRY."
