Unpublished caption is handwritten below image and ststes: "Gee! But I am bad".

A newspaper clipping is glued under the image and reads: The arrest of a boy of fourteen, who was in possession of a revolver at Harcourt Street, is an illuminating revelation of the sort of material upon which the leaders of the Irregulars are depending for the carrying out of their foul work.
