Notes: | Shemus was a pseudonym used by Ernest Forbes. Date appears in pencil on reverse. Caption reads: The Minister for Home Affairs: " We changed the label from 'Ulster Army' to 'Class C.,' but we couldn't pinch out the fuse." Jimmy Craig: "Then I suppose we'll have to declare a war?" Londonderry: "If you don't you'll be blown up, and if you do..." Unpublished caption is handwritten below image and reads: Craig to Minister for Home Affairs: "I suppose it will work alright whatever we call it!"
