Summary: | Memorial to Thomas Traynor, local hero who gave his life for Ireland in1921. He was a member of the Irish Volunteers 1916. He was attached to Boland's Mill Garrison under the command of Eamon De Valera. He was attached to B. Coy 3rd Battalion Dublin Brigade. This monument was unveiled in 1965. |
