Notes: | Inscription on front endpaper 'Philip J. MacMahon / Lewes Prison / England / 30th April 1917'. In the 1911 census of Ireland, there is a Philip MacMahon whose occupation is listed as a sorting clerk and telephonist in the GPO (General Post Office), Dublin.
