Summary: | Healy's letter, written to the Waterford writer and newspaper editor Edmund Downey, wishes him well after a period of ill heath (1904). An attached printed circular letter, written by Healy and identified as having been suppressed by the censor, is addressed to the Chief Secretary and concerns the treatmen of prisoners in Belfast and the work of the Belfast Prison Inquiry Commission. Dated 17 Aug. 1918. |
