Also included; "Decree to establish the validity of certain acts done and omissions made by Comhairle na dTeachtai" (Irish republican parliament established by those opposed to the 1921 Anglo-Irish Treaty). Letter from Stack, 167 Strand Road, Sea Bank, Merrion, Dublin, letter is addressed to "A Chara". In the letter Stack disputes a quotation regarding replacing army personnel in the event of a 1927 Fianna Fáil election victory, letter is dated 6 November 1928.
