Summary: | 2nd letter. They went back to the "libre étendue". Mentions Corilla, the Millard, Mme C[apamagian], Mme L[abelonge] and Cormon [Fernand, painter and Beaux Arts teacher] but prefers to write to his mother : "jaime mieux causer avec toi". Has sent her a notebook – but it is less precious now that he can write to her. |

Notes: | Addressed to "Madame Lemercier / 40 Rue Lauriston / Paris". No postmark. There is an illustration on front of the postcard : three allied flying flags and two canons on the left hand side . A few words in ink in his mother's hand are left over from previous correspondence (as this is a doublecard)on the long side of the postcard. She writes: "Je n'enverrai plus que ce que tu demandes, si tu veux. Ai envoyé lettre recommandée. Twenty. Dieu te garde, ta mère chérie".
