Maloney about raising funds in America for the use of the pro-treaty party; letters to Michael Collins about the constitutional committee and the status Ireland should assert under the terms of the treaty and expressing his disappointment at the choice of chairperson for the constitutional committee [Darrell Figgis] who he says is 'admittedly unpopular with a large number of people of varying points of view'. Also contains a letter to Erksine Childers about borrowing a book.
