Tipperary, for £20 (15 Nov. 1929); agreement for the sale of Windgap Police Barracks to Martin Ryan for £10 (15 Apr. 1929); and a draft of an agreement of sale of 20 acres of lands, known as Kilefreaghane in Co. Tipperary, to John Burke for £15 (30 Dec. 1932).
