Correspondence between Eoin O'Duffy and Richard Mulcahy relates to a speech made by O'Duffy at a banquet hosted in his honour where he claimed that 'no soldier loyal to the state had been let down'. This came in the aftermath of nine resignations by deputies because, in their opinion, 'certain army officers had been let down'. Also contains pamphlets, adddress by O'Duffy and lists of officers.
