Notes: | First half of the message reads "Irish National Volunteers have 2,800 old pattern rifles at Ostende which have been requisitioned by Belgian Government. Victor Lawvery, 26 rue de l'Eglise Ostende is representign Irish Volunteers there. There are also 2,500 rifles in warehouse J. Vulhopp 27 Quai Flamand and 600 with Siebert 8 rue des Beggards Antwerp.
