Thomas of the British delegation and de Valera on such topics as the Irish Free State’s membership of the Commonwealth and monies withheld by the Irish Free State government. Also includes a letter from J.P. Walsh regarding a Monsieur Benquey. Some letters were written during the Imperial Economic Conference held in Ottawa, July-August 1932.
