Undated letters to author and newspaper editor Edmund Downey of Waterford from Dorothy Macardle. Writing to Downey in his capacity as editor of 'Green and Gold', she refers to her sending him stories for publication in the journal. She also includes a draft of an article in which she describes a Fianna Fail party event in Ring, Co. Waterford, which she attended with the party's Waterford canditate Micheal O Riain. [This possibly relates to the Genearl Election campaign of 1927].
