This album came to be known as FitzGerald Kenney album due to the presence of the bookplate of James C. FitzGerald Kenney (1878-1956), 'Kilclogher Co. Galway and Merrion Square Dublin', with his crest and motto 'Teneat Luceat Floreat' pasted on inside of front board. PD AD 3186 - PD AD 3299 (8 loose leaves; 2 vols. of drawings, the latter formerly held at NLI MS 22,015 and NLI MS 22,016) transferred to Department of Prints & Drawings in 2005.

Description: | Written by Gandon at centre of sheet 'This plan on the whole is Convenient But Mr. W. [Woodmason] would not have the ding [dining] and Drawg [Drawing] Room any longer which has Confined the bed Chambers too much - 1 or 2 ft. [feet] more would have made them better in length'. Emsworth, Malahide Road, Kinsealy, Co. Dublin is the only one of James Gandon's villas to survive intact.
