Consists of correspondence mostly with Michael Smith, 1973-1986. The correspondence with Smith relates to the Raven Arts Press and the Melmoth Press who in 1984 listed "Selected Niall Montgomery" as one of their "projected publications". Smith and Montgomery also discussed Smith’s lecture on Samuel Beckett, Montgomery’s poem “Giorgione” and his collected verse “Terminal”.
