Also contains extracts of speeches made by Edward Blake, Henry James, Charles Stewart Parnell’s on the introduction of the Government of Ireland Bill (1886) and notes on Gladstone’s speech introducing the first Home Rule Bill in the House of Commons. Also contains newspaper cuttings of a report on the district council meeting of the Irish National League at Enniscorthy, Wexford and Mr. Bright’s speech in Birmingham on Home Rule.
