Buxton informs Casement he would like to discuss the lack of follow-up of the Peruvian Government towards the Putumayo atrocities in his journal and the prospect of a Catholic Mission. He also discusses Mr. [John] Harris' articles on the Congo and his report which was sent to the Congo Reform Association and Sir Edward Grey.
