Report refers to an income from a concert, thanking "Comrade Ryan for securing the production of the "Laying of the Foundations" by the National Theatre". Creede outlines the events which led to James Connolly's resignation from the Irish Socialist Republican Party and recommends the establishment of a Guarantee Fund to honour subscriptions to the 'Workers' Republic'.
