Larkin writes "Tell [William] O'Brien and [P.T.] Daly we here are incensed at the apathy they exhibit in neglecting to send information. The other section are monopolising all the credit for the work done. Have they forgotten that there are men here who represent something in Ireland. Insist upon them send us credentials" [sic].
