O'Brien states that Larkin is charged with forceful eviction of the Executive Committee from the head offices and with making fraudulent claims against his colleagues; he also states that Larkin refused to let the Delegate Conference handle the arising dispute, and that his "course of conduct has made it impossible" for Union members to work with him.
