Letter from Nóra Ní Chaomh, 31 Waverley Avenue, Fairview, Dublin, to a member of the Irish Labour Party and Trade Union Congress, requesting payment for her role as assistant secretary at the previous years' congress,
1922 April 28.
Ní Chaoimh claims that Thomas Johnson, party secretary, displayed a "high-handed and autocratic" attitude to her claim and did not file it before the Executive Committee. On the verso, someone has written "Decided by E.C. to inform her that she was not Asst Sec'y of last years Congress [sic]".
