Contains an autograph letter from Patrick Cahill, of the County Council Offices, Ennis, to staff at the Registry of Deeds concerning records of mortgages on the Deerpark farm, and a reply to Cahill from staff at the firm of Ellis, Sons and Hogan, Law Agents of Dublin. [Cahill may be writing on behalf of his colleague Jerome Fahy who worked at the Council Offices in Ennis and farmed the lands at Deerpark]. Also included is a letter to Fahy from Charles MacDonnell, of New Hall, Ennis, Co. Clare, concerning maintenance work done by Fahy to the walls on his farm.
