Correspondence between Jerome Fahy, farmer, and J. A. French, of French & French solicitors, Dublin, concerning Fahy's efforts to purchase his family farm at Deerpark, Quin, Co. Clare under the terms of the 1903 Land Act. Typescript letters from French, in which he rejects the financial offers made by Fahy, contain Fahy's draft replies on the verso. Also included is correspondence between Fahy and staff at the Irish Land Commission and Mr. Jutice Meredith, all relating to his efforts to purchase the property.
