Open letter from Thomas Foran, general president of the Irish Transport and General Workers' Union, to all members of the Union, calling a meeting on 22nd June in light of "propaganda" and "misleading statements",
1919 June 17.
Foran writes that "a certain gang" are "trying to make people believe that they are the Transport Union" [referring here to P.T. Daly and others, who held a public meeting in Limerick that day as part of their campaign] and asks all Dublin branches halt their activity on the meeting date in order that they may attend.
