Correspondence between Cornelius Lehane and various recipients including James Connolly and Murtagh Lyng during Lehane's time in the Cork Branch of the Irish Socialist Republican Party 1898-1902; William D. Horgan during his time in England with the Social Democratic Federation in 1904; and William O'Brien during Lehane's between 1902-1918, mostly during his time working with the socialist movement in the United States. Includes newspaper cuttings, biographical notes by William O'Brien, mementos from a dinner that was thrown in his honour before his departure for the United States in 1914, and a statement regarding his arrest and imprisonment in 1918.
