Rules specify that prisoners can select a Camp Leader and Dormitory Leader, that doors will open at 8 a.m. daily, prisoners must parade at 9 p.m. daily for roll call, prisoners can remain in exercise ground until 9 p.m. daily and those damaging Government property, windows or doors will be "fired on by Sentry" and will be "punished severely".
