Mrs O'Callaghan wishes to know how her husband was shot in Mallow in 1922. She lives in poverty with her child in Germany but has Irish citizenship. The Irish government did make a once off payment to her but does not reply to her pleas for more compensation. She copies the correspondence she has exchanged in the past 6 months.
