Enclosed copy letter from Longman Green & Co., 49 Paternoster Row, London informed Arthur Cox & Co. that the story concerning Con Colbert and Éamonn Ceannt had "no intention of casting a slur on the character or courage of Commandant Ceannt" and that a correction will be included in any future edition.
