Aiken wishes to know if McGarrity would agree that "Clan na Gael ... should confine its activities to supporting the Army whilst leaving its members free to support their favourite political Republican organisation". Also makes arrangement to come discuss "the whole Irish situation" with McGarrity. See MS 17,421/2.
