Letter from Erskine Childers to Lily O'Brennan concerning her work,
1922 February 10.
Childers writes concerning the payment of O'Brennan's salary and proposes he may be able to secure her work in the new Republican organisation, noting however that "There have been most tiresome doubts and delays due to lack of funds". He also thanks her for her "tireless & devoted labours". In a post-script he comments "We are in a bad crisis over the printing of the Republic - boycotted by other firms... But we will manage somehow".
