Childers asks that Lyster offer to assist O'Brennan "if she should be in any difficulty" while researching in the library. Also included is a short note from W.K. Magee, librarian, to Mr. DeBurgh noting that a set of State Papers are missing from the library and asking him to assist O'Brennan.
