Letter from Muriel MacDonagh to Lily O'Brennan concerning Father Byrne's cheque,
1916 September 19.
MacDonagh asks of O'Brennan "Please do not send any acknowledgement of Fr. Byrne's cheque (Turbulent Priest) as he sent a request to that effect. Of course I don't mean that he doesn't want it acknowledged in the press (mixed a bit!)" [sic]. She sends her regards to Áine and Ronán Ceannt, and enquires if O'Brennan can recommend a good teacher of Munster Irish.
