Ní Braonáin notes that tMac Brian has still not returned cash books and other papers as requested in previous correspondence, stating that "the books show a very great deficit and the Committee request that you will lose no further time in giving an explanation". Should no reply be received, the Committee will bring the case before the Gaelic League of London and the Civil Service Commissioners.
