Ó Cathasaigh asks whether Ceannt's club (Cumann na bPíobairí) can supply pipers and fiddlers for various Gaelic League competitions and receptions. He also states that the League will have pipe music at their principal concert and asks for Ceannt's recommendations for a performer; in closing, he asks whether the Cumann can rally competitors for the annual Pipers Competitions.
