Includes copies of a letter from Michael Collins to Éamon Martin (dated 22nd March 1919), relating to a meeting between Martin, Collins, and B. Stephenson and instructions given to in relation to Fianna Éireann members advancing into the Volunteers: "'In each Volunteer Company area where the Fianna does not exist a section commander would be told off to do the necessary organising for you'" .
