II.ii. Copy of the resolutions passed by the Committee of Education at their meeting on 22 February 1799, regarding the provision of education for the poor in Ireland; transcribed by Edgeworth. [The Select Committee on the Education of the Poor was formed in 1799]. II.iii. Letter from Louis-Armand de la Poype, marquis de Vertrieux, concerning his wish to contact Richard Lovell Edgeworth. Included are his impressions of Edgeworth's appearance and character. Letter is addressed to Messrs Boyd, Benfield & Co. and is dated 20 July 1798. II.iv. School atlas, with an ownership inscription of Miss Reilly, 28 Jan 1809 on front fly leaf. |
