Writes "Will you let me know what the local people are doing about the men at present in prison - whether their relatives or those dependent on them are being looked after. I am empowered to aid any effort in this direction financially, but it is expected, of course, that the local people will do their share in raising subscriptions for the purpose. Also, please let me know about what time you intend unveiling your '98 memorial...".
