A number of documents in this collection concern the Abbey Theatre and include the following: correspondence and minutes relating to the establishment of the Abbey Theatre as the national theatre; a copy of 'Memorandum and articles of association of the National Theatre Society limited' (1965) and other National Theatre Society material; and minutes of an extraordinary general meeting of the Abbey Theatre Board 26th June 1965. |
