Includes a greeting card (privately printed by Peter Fallon), which contains both a printed extract from Heaney's poem 'The Strand' and an illustration by Felim Egan, in which Heaney writes a humorous verse that alludes to Haberer's spraining his ankle during their trip to Bayeux. Reference is also made to his attendance at the funeral of academic Prof. Augustine Martin. Also included is a postcard, sent from Spain, in which he refers to his 'annus mirabilis'. With attached envelopes. Dated 17 January - 12 July 1996.
