Writes also about the prison regime: "Our programme here is rise at 7am; Breakfast at 7.30; Full parade at 9am; Physical Drill at 10am; Irish Classes from 11 to 12; Dinner? at 12.30. Parade again for inspection & Roll Call at 2 o'c: Irish Classes again at 3 o'c: Tea at 4.30; Recreation from 6 to 8pm; Tea again & all in Bed for 10pm".
