Contains informal photographs of Arthur Griffith, his friends and family(among them members of his wife Maud Sheehan's family), formal studio portraits of Griffith and news agency photographs of Griffith and other political figures attending public events and meetings during the period 1917-1922, members of the Irish delegation in London during the Treaty negotiations and Griffith's state funeral in Dublin, in August 1922. Also included are commemorative postcards, featuring photographs of Griffith and members of the first and second meetings of Dáil Éireann.
