I.i.2. Correspondence of John Pitt Kennedy with his brother, Charles Horatio Kennedy,

The letters mainly concern the agricultural schools at Loughash and Cloghan, which were overseen by Charles Horatio on behalf of John Pitt, and other agricultural matters. Also included is reference to John Pitt's donation of £600 to the Orangemen to subsidise their armament, to the Board of Public Works and Famine relief, and violence enacted upon Patrick Doherty. Also included is Charles Horatio's copy-letter book "as J.P.K.'s repre(sentative) in England".
