Notes:Eva Mary Bell was born in Canada, the second child of Robert Craigie Hamilton, of Hawkesbury, Ontario, and his wife Charlotte Sherwood (née Lewis). She was the author of 'The Hamwood Papers of the Ladies of Llangollen and Caroline Hamilton' published in 1930.
