Notes: | Charles Robert Hamilton, J.P. of counties Meath and Dublin, was the eldest son of Charles William Hamilton of Hamwood House, near Dunboyne, Co. Meath, and Letitia Charlotte (née Armstrong). He was married to Louisa Brooke of Dublin, with whom he had ten children, among them the artists Eva and Letitia Hamilton.
